This way we know who is from where (where they indicated honestly), and then we just need to monitor that these users do not violate the site's rules and ethics.
6. Regarding the flag, we had a custom version of the flag, but during site updates the old flag library was replaced with another one, and that setting was overwritten. It needs to be restored.
