    Chornomorets from LB does not play. It means that someone from them will be in this playoff pair (the one who takes 3rd place).

    Rukh withdraws from the competition and will play in the 2nd league next season. Instead of them, Oleksandriya will play the transitional matches.
    Чорноморець з ЛБ не грає. Мається на увазі, що буде хтось з них в цій парі плей-офф (той, хто займе 3 місце).

    Рух знімається зі змагань і буде грати в 2-й лізі наступного сезону. Замість них гратиме Олександрія перехідні матчі.
