I expressed my point of view because I believe that in matches where a draw according to the regulations cannot be the final result, there should be bets on the winner (either in extra time or on penalties). And this is at least a common practice.

Yes, the same bookmakers accept bets on several over/under, totals, both goals, 1st half, corner kicks, exact scores and God knows what else, but you don't complain that these bets are not paid here.....
