Nik Chornyy, With regard to determining the winner in championships where there is both a regular season and playoffs - such things need to be stipulated in the Rules. The playoffs in Mexico start from the quarterfinals, these are the "real" rounds. And these three matches between 7th-10th places (play-in), in my opinion, are the determination of 2 participants of the 1/4 round (something like the preliminary round in the European cups, when the champions of San Marino, Andorra, Gibraltar start)
